AI Guidance · Business leaders

Understand AI. Stay in control.

You do not need to become an AI expert to use it thoughtfully. iSDO helps you understand what it can offer, try it on your own business questions and decide what role it should play.

Discuss your AI guidance

Your starting point. Your priorities. A pace agreed together.

A path towards independent practice
  1. Understand

What AI does, and what it cannot verify.

  2. Choose

Applications that make sense for you.

  3. Practise

    Guided exercises to build independence.

Start with your questions as a leader

  • Where should I begin without adding more tools?
  • How can I judge an answer that sounds convincing?
  • Which tasks can I give to AI, and within what limits?

The guidance is for leaders discovering AI and those already using it who want a clearer perspective. We start with your decisions, your organisation and your confidence with the tools.

Learn through practice

  1. Build a clear foundation

We explain assistants, models, context, sources and limitations in accessible terms. You learn to distinguish a plausible answer from verified information.

  2. Try your own situations

We choose a useful application, frame the request and examine the result together. You learn to provide context, ask for alternatives and identify what needs checking.

  3. Develop your own habits

We identify the uses worth keeping, the checks to make and the topics to explore further. The aim is to help you continue practising independently between and beyond sessions.

An example: preparing a decision

Illustrative session. No customer data.

You need to compare two options for a project. AI can help organise your thinking; the choice remains yours.

  1. You set the context

    Objective, constraints and decision criteria.

  2. You explore with AI

    Options, objections and missing information.

  3. You apply your judgement

Check facts, weigh criteria and decide.

The session covers both how to ask the question and how to read the answer critically. Drafting a summary, preparing for a meeting or organising information monitoring can also be starting points.

Guidance shaped around you

  1. A shared starting point

An initial conversation helps clarify your experience, expectations and the situations you want to work on.

  2. An agreed scope before we start

We agree objectives, arrangements, pace, scope and budget together. The proposal reflects your needs.

  3. Sessions connected to your work

Each session combines explanations, guided practice and reflection on your experience. Priorities can evolve as we work together.

What we aim to build with you

  • A clear foundation for understanding AI’s possibilities and limits.
  • Applications chosen for their usefulness in your role.
  • A method for framing, checking and improving your requests.
  • The ability to decide when to use AI, and when to leave it aside.

Philippe Contal supports you through iSDO. Discussions connect the tools to your priorities as a leader: organisation, decisions, knowledge sharing and adoption by your teams.

Before exercises, we agree which information can be used. Fictional or anonymised examples may be sufficient. No particular tool or subscription is mandatory; decisions remain your responsibility.

Your questions

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. We adapt explanations and exercises to your starting point. You can bring your questions even if you do not yet use an assistant.

Is this a standard training course?

The programme is built around your situations. It can combine explanations, guided practice and reflective discussions, according to the objectives we agree.

Can we use the tools I already work with?

Yes. We start with your environment and review the capabilities, limitations and conditions of use of the relevant tools together.

Are integrations and development included?

If needed, they are covered by a separate scope and proposal. The guidance focuses first on your understanding and practical use of AI.

What role would you like AI to play?

Tell us where you are starting from and what you would like to understand or try. Together, we can define guidance that fits your needs.

Simply describe the situation, the people involved and what you would like to change. You do not need to have a solution already defined.
