An iSDO project
Influence connects people, organisations, conversations, knowledge, decisions and actions. Developed from iSDO’s real-world practices, this relationship intelligence system prepares action without automating relationships or replacing human judgement.
The real problem
Useful information lives across email, calendars, contacts, tasks and follow-ups, team conversations, notes, documents and knowledge held by people. Storage alone is not the issue: links, history, decisions and provenance get lost.
Influence addresses this dispersion as an everyday operational tool, corporate relationship memory, experimentation ground for AI agents, and a demonstrator of expertise that iSDO and #TerritoireDigital can adapt to other organisations.
Positioning
Specialist tools remain the main interfaces for collection and management. Influence centralises their useful information, connects related elements and restores actionable context. Connections were added progressively, then adjusted according to their actual value.
Influence can use different AI models. External information depends on legitimate access, the purpose of processing, people’s rights, platform rules and human validation.
Controlled architecture
Two-way connections were abandoned or severely limited when they created duplicates, conflicts, propagated errors and disproportionate maintenance. The source system remains identifiable while Influence connects and contextualises information.
Practical uses
Experimentation ground
Influence lets iSDO test practices before considering their transfer. This map separates capabilities that organise memory, connect sources and prepare action.
Internal observations
These figures describe iSDO’s internal use of Influence. They are neither a market benchmark nor a promise of results for another organisation.
Human-supervised AI
AI may observe, summarise, connect information, prepare a meeting or suggest a next action. It must never automatically engage a commercial relationship.
Transfer to organisations
Your company may not need another CRM. It may need corporate relationship memory adapted to its tools, processes and decision criteria.
Influence is not offered as standard software to be deployed unchanged. It is an operational demonstrator and a foundation of experience for designing systems adapted to each organisation.
First conversation
Tell us about your tools, constraints and the relationships you want to manage more effectively. An initial conversation will identify what should be connected, what can be simplified and what must remain human.
FAQ
It brings together the context of conversations, meetings, tasks, decisions and next actions involving clients, prospects, partners and other stakeholders.
Influence is designed around existing practices and tools. It centralises their useful context rather than seeking to replace all their functions.
No. Influence prepares, contextualises, tracks and helps prioritise. Decisions and relationships remain human.
It can produce summaries, connections, suggestions and enrichment proposals. Human validation remains systematic.
Two-way synchronisation increases the risk of duplicates, conflicts, propagated errors and difficult maintenance. Influence favours controlled centralisation.
No. It can suit an SME when its actual processes, relationship cycles or tools do not fit generic market models.
